These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and www.james-lambert.com

("Company" or "we") regarding your use of the product ("Product") offered and sold by www.james-lambert.com as a Brand Ambassador and Partner of MDW. By accessing and using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Product.

1. License and Access

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MDW you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your internal business purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the Product, and you agree not to distribute, copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product.

2. User Accounts

To use the Product, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

3. Fees and Payment

Access to the Product may be subject to payment of subscription fees. By subscribing to the Product, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable, and the Company reserves the right to modify the fees upon prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its software, content, and materials, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by MDW or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product's intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. MDW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

6. Privacy

MDW collects, stores, and processes user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Product, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. MDW may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, your access to the Product will be revoked, and you must cease using the Product.

Clients have the option to terminate their use of the Product by sending a message to

Termination requests sent to this email address will be processed within 48 hours, and your access to the Product will be deactivated accordingly.

If you choose to terminate your use of the Product, please ensure that you have saved any necessary data or information, as access to the Product will be discontinued upon completion of the termination process.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction New York City in which MDW is headquartered. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

MDW reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Product's website. Continued use of the Product after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
